I am Courtney James, the Owner and Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst of Rolyn Behavioral Consulting Services LLC, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience supporting children with behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs across clinic, home, school, and community settings. My work is grounded in ethical, evidence-based practice and a strong commitment to meaningful, individualized care.
My professional background includes experience as a K–8 classroom teacher, licensed behavior analyst, MTSS coordinator, mental health therapist, day program specialist, and clinical specialist. This diverse foundation allows me to approach behavior support with a comprehensive understanding of both individual needs and the systems that support children, including families and schools.
My work focuses on providing individualized, evidence-based support to children, recognizing that each child’s needs, strengths, and goals are unique. I develop individualized treatment plans that emphasize meaningful skill development, consistency across environments, and long-term progress, while working closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure cohesive and effective support.
